Working with Margo was such a great experience. She is no-nonsense and gave great suggestions on what needed to be done (and what didn't need to be done), and I felt like I could trust her to make me look my best. My dress turned out incredibly beautiful! Her pricing was very fair considering all the hand sewing that goes into this process, but more importantly I felt like I was in good hands the whole way.
I highly recommend this shop and the team that works there! Margo is very talented at what she does and made my wedding dress look amazing. She solved all my problems and made every appointment easy and fun.
Best place for alterations! I've taken several dresses here over the years, and they always turn out amazing. I would highly recommend!

Each appointment was quick and productive. Eltsa was very communicative and clear about how to get the most out of my wedding dress alteration. The only alteration needed was hemming (and a bustle) but the many layers and chiffon of the skirt required a lot of small adjustments. I booked 6 appointments over 2 months. It ended up taking only 5 appointments, including the consultation, to perfect the hem. The bustle was so perfect, I almost preferred my dress bustled more than the long train.
