I have been going to this place for a year and a half, my pug who will be 2y/o in May came here for vaccinations and a ear infection; this Saturday 3-8-25 I called because he had gotten Diarrhea from Thursday Night and was still persisting , the desk manager told me that she had nothing in her appointment schedule until WEDNESDAY 3-12!! Whoever is responding to an online inquiries is rude and shuts down active conversations for no reason. Disappointed.
I do not recommend. The staff are nasty and all look like they are in recovery. Dr P is awesome , but the staff are such nasty people. Do not come here
Dr. Pugliese and staff are all very kind and knowledgeable. I brought two of my bearded dragons here (bless their souls) and my beautiful Sulcata Tortoise here and she’s taken good care of them and shares the same passion for exotics and reptiles like I do. She isn’t the typical arrogant Doctor that claims to know it all, she isn’t afraid to tell you she doesn’t know something and she’ll do a lot of research to give you the right information about how to treat your animal.
