These people don’t care, they have policies that charge you lot of money to make an appointment if for some reason you didn’t call them to cancel in the past. They wanted to charge me 89 dollars just to make an appointment that my dog needed, and if for any reason I am unable to make the appointment I will lose my 89 dollars. This should be illegal. This is abuse. Any company that participates in such activities should be investigated.
