From the outset dealing with Kathleen was so easy. A very professional and caring optometrist and by far the best in the area. I had a half an hour appointment for an ongoing issue with my eyes and Kathleen conducted an extremely thorough examination ensuring that the diagnosis that was given was highly accurate. Incredibly rude sales staff who commented on what she “thought we could afford”. Also NOT child friendly and told my child off because she gently touched an item she thought was out of our budget. Could not recommend against this business enough
The best in the area (and there are MANY optometrists here). The level of care is extremely high, from the clinicians, management and reception staff. My whole extended family are under the care of Eltham Optical and we're all very appreciative of how well they look after our eye health.
I have been coming to Eltham optical for many years! The staff are outstanding. The optometrists are beyond a 5 star rating! Thank you (especially Kathleen), for all your expertise, knowledge, care & patience! (P.s: loving my recent glasses I got!🤓).
