What a let down this business is? They booked an appointment with me to fit a pane of glass, they then cancelled the appoinment and asked for a photo, I sent them a photo and they said they would send me a quote. Never heard from them again - a disgrace and zero customer service. Use another business. Check the response below and this typifies the type of business they run. Justine was easy to work with for my small glass replacement job. 40 years from initial manufacture and side by side you would never know anything was changed.
Ryan was magnificent, called him the Monday morning of a broken window at our job site and he replaced it that afternoon. Couldn't recommend him enough very polite, professional and more importantly efficient. Thank you again
Called Ryan at 3pm, he could not have been more helpful over the phone and said he would come the following day. I got a text msg to say he would be arriving shortly which he did. Very helpful on site, the job was done quickly and efficiently. Would recommend for any glass needs.
