I booked an appointment for a measurement a week in advance for a window repair. No one attended on the day and when I raised this with staff they advised that they had sent me a notice requesting the appointment be rebooked a week later due to an "emergency job". I never received the notice nor did they have the decency to call me directly and advise that they would not be attending. The rebooking time slot they suggested was on a date that I had previously advised was not suitable. Such a waste of time! Look elsewhere.
Ryan replaced our clear bathroom windows with white translucent ones. We're very happy, and both Ryan and Justine were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
Recently we had Ryan come out and repair a window for us. Just the one so we’re not a huge customer, but we were treated like we’d just spent thousands of dollars with them. He called to let us know how he was tracking for the day, so we knew when to expect him. He was friendly, had a smile on his face the whole time and his workmanship was exceptional. He matched our early 70’s windows and finishing without any issues or concerns. Customer service goes such a long way! Highly recommend Eltham Glass 10/10
What a let down this business is? They booked an appointment with me to fit a pane of glass, they then cancelled the appoinment and asked for a photo, I sent them a photo and they said they would send me a quote. Never heard from them again - a disgrace and zero customer service. Use another business. Check the response below and this typifies the type of business they run.
