I do not recommend this clinic!!! I had a terrible experience at this urology clinic. The staff was careless and unprofessional, and they clearly didn’t know how to do their job. I had to wait two weeks to get my results, and no one followed up or returned my calls. Every time I need to call them bymyself and they just kept giving me empty promises about my results and treated me with complete indifference. This doctor office is so rude and unprofessional refused my service. Because it was their fault couldn’t deal properly with my insurance and wrote wrong order. That put me into so much trouble I had to chose different Dr. and delayed my surgery I was in pain. I will not recommend this Dr. office again to anyone.
