If you’re a new patient, be cautious they may overcharge you. They ask for payment upfront and then say they’ll true it up once your insurance processes (they didn’t). Then call in to ask why my insurance said I owed less and they say OK we’ll mail you a paper check refund. Can’t simply refund your card the difference (of course). Then call in weeks later (don’t bother pressing the billing extension it will never connect you, use the appointment one) because havent received check yet (of course) and they said oh it was maile... read more

The medical professionals at this office deliver excellent care and maintain a high standard of service. However, an issue was observed at the front desk that warrants attention. A Russian-speaking patient — who has no relatives or connections to Russia — experienced noticeably different treatment from one of the front desk employees compared to Ukrainian-speaking individuals who arrived at the same time.
