If I could give 10 stars, I would!) This clinic was a true light in my search for a urologist. At 23 weeks pregnant, I was rushed to the ER with severe kidney pain. I was diagnosed with a blocked left kidney due to kidney stones, a urinary tract infection, and sepsis. I had to undergo emergency surgery where a stent was placed. If you’re a new patient, be cautious they may overcharge you. They ask for payment upfront and then say they’ll true it up once your insurance processes (they didn’t). Then call in to ask why my insurance said I owed less and they say OK we’ll mail you a paper check refund. Can’t simply refund your card the difference (of course). Then call in weeks later (don’t bother pressing the billing extension it will never connect you, use the appointment one) because havent received check yet (of course) and they said oh it was maile... read more

I really liked the service at this medical center, the polite and attentive staff at the front desk helped me figure everything out, and special thanks to the doctor Elterman and his assistants, their vast experience and many years of practice save people!
