BEWARE!!! You can't trust them, they can deceive you. Here is my experience of communicating with them. My insurance Canadian Dental Care Plan covers 100% of dental services for basic services. But this office charges additional money on top of the insurance, without warning customers in advance, as required by law for services. I fell for their deception together with my wife, and they charged us an additional $158.25 on top of the actual bill. I am very happy with service at Eltek. Very professional, knowledgeable and attentive staff and front desk. Dr. Nana is very kind, thorough, professional. She really put her heart into work and love people. She organized great practice and working with great professionals. I wish great success to all Eltek's doctors and staff.
They took my mom in last minute because she was in really bad pain from a poorly done root canal. She had seen another dentist two days before who refused to do anything about her gum abscess from the inflammation only gave her antibiotics. The male dr seems very experienced and knowledgeable! Checked it out and made a very quick decision to drain the abscess and gave us detailed instructions for pain relief and after care
