Our elevators have been down for two months. I have a dog that doesn’t like the red stairs in our building so I have to stand in the hallway and wait for the one working elevator. When I talk to the property manager, their hands are tied because they’re in a binding contract with this stupid company. This is a hazard we live in an older community where people have to have an elevator. Let my property out of the contract or get your damn job done.
I live in seattle, they broke our elevator in May we are still waiting for them to come.. Don't not recommend
Eltec was apparently in my building Ava Capitol Hill weeks ago for inspection and when they left the elevator no longer worked. They are not providing updates to property management. All that has been shared is that they are waiting for a part. Terrible business.
Very dissatisfied with the services provided by this company. I’m an manager at an apartment building and having the elevators fixed then stop working within the next couple days or even NEXT DAY is ridiculous and they should warranty their work.
Like many here seems we were nearly riun off the i90 freeway by one of your drivers. Was quite reckless.
