Getting in touch with someone has been near-impossible: their phone numbers route to a third-party call center who are only able to pass along messages, not connect you with any representative of Eltec. Our elevators have been down for two months. I have a dog that doesn’t like the red stairs in our building so I have to stand in the hallway and wait for the one working elevator. When I talk to the property manager, their hands are tied because they’re in a binding contract with this stupid company. This is a hazard we live in an older community where people have to have an elevator. Let my property out of the contract or get your damn job done.
I live in seattle, they broke our elevator in May we are still waiting for them to come.. Don't not recommend
