I just called to ask questions regarding my appointment for Endometriosis in May with Dr. Suha Eltayeb that I been waiting on for the past year- the receptionist who picked up the phone was extremely rude and impatient. I got my surgery done by Dr. Eltayeb. Never had a problem with staff they were polite to me . The Dr. Was very understanding . Surgery was booked after second consultation and quite quickly. I am very happy I had my surgery with her.
The doctor is good but the clinic is always behind. Whatever your scheduled appointment is, it is normally an hour after that time you will be seen. Last time we waited an hour and a half. I am not sure if they book too many people or just can organize properly but if you have an appointment prepare to wait at least an hour
