ELT Construction & Roofing showed up when expected & left the area clean & nail-free. Eric was responsive to questions & his crew was friendly & professional. They were working against an incoming storm & even worked Saturday to get the roof finished (the rain hit Sunday). We are very happy with our new roof & give ELT an unqualified recommendation. Found our home in a precarious circumstance. Chimney was leaking and insurance wouldn’t cover it. Eric and Jessie were quick to come out, discuss options, and provide ALL information. Eric is a ‘down to earth’ guy and is straight forward with what needs to be done. Work is done efficiently, and clean and neat, from start to finish! I’m keeping this contractor around for ALL future work!
ELT Construction & Roofing had done a great job in restoring our warehouse roof. A 26 foot high ceiling was not a problem for Eric and his team. He worked weekends to accommodate our tenant. They took a meticulous care to do the job right. Even though he encountered some unforeseen events that required additional costs, Eric adhered to the original contract and did not ask for any additional funds. Very professional indeed and very ethical. Will definitely call them next time I have an issue. Highly recommended.
