We had two jobs done with Eric and Jesse and they did a fantastic job on both jobs. If I ever need anything else done Eric is the guy who I would call. Jesse is a hard worker too who is Eric’s crew. I am very happy with our new 15 x 30 ft. Patio plus took out our sliding glass door and we put in a door, window, and a doggie door and I really love what they did it really looks like it was there all along.

Eric is our go to construction guy. We had a tiny 10 x 20 aluminum frame patio in the back. He doubled the space to 15 x 30 with a wood frame. No worries about the wind here! Then we had a sliding patio door that did not work well. We had him change it to a standard door with a big window and a dog door. So much better for everybody. You cannot tell that any of the work was not part of the original house! Thanks to the ELT Construction crew for the excellent work!!

Eric and the team at ELT Construction did an excellent job repairing some leaks on the roof of our home. He was thorough with his explanations on what the problem was, what it'd take to correct, and the cost was very economical. We highly recommend ELT construction and will definitely be using them for our future projects. Thanks Eric!!

ELT Construction & Roofing showed up when expected & left the area clean & nail-free. Eric was responsive to questions & his crew was friendly & professional. They were working against an incoming storm & even worked Saturday to get the roof finished (the rain hit Sunday). We are very happy with our new roof & give ELT an unqualified recommendation. Thanks Eric!
