Overpriced, miss diagnoses, $1 less than dealer and offer no services, like shuttle service. The marked up a part 300% and gave me an estimate that was $50 higher than the nations average for same repair. Put these jokers out of business.
I’ve been a customer of Elstro Automotive since 2018, but unfortunately, the quality of service has steadily declined while prices have continued to rise. My most recent visit was for a diagnostic test, and they told me the issue was with the ECM — which turned out to be completely wrong. I ended up paying for two diagnoses, one from them and another from a different shop that correctly identified the real problem.
