Mr Elston, 2nd trip 2nd time I have been denied on relying on your e-mails that state "now in stock" I come into Ramona from Ranchita for my animals feed. You should not advertise pressed bales in stock when your staff relays that you never have pressed bermuda. You have wasted my time and gas for the last time. You have lost a loyal customer. Very disappointed that no employee is empowered to offer discounts on the more expensive pressed bales. I call this BAIT & SWITCH
