Love this community. Modern homes with reasonable landlords, and an amazing family friendly area.
Great community very nice quiet and peaceful neighbors are very nice and respectful Chris the new guy is very easy to work with and very respectful
I like living out there u have ur own space and ppl r nice so far lol
Pros: It is more in the country. The park has been cleaned up some from before. The park was a nice touch for kids to play at. CONS: Non-refundable down payment. Rent increased each year. Lies about the homes condition and furnace working properly. -There was no electric when looking at the place to test any of the appliances/furnace. -The furnace did not heat properly like he stated, asked since we could not test it. It only had one heating element working out of the three! It also had a short and caused you to get shocked ... read more
