Aubrey was very supportive and understanding, he has helped me to use a CPAP when I had tried it previously and wasn't able to sleep with it, he helped by trying different masks and tailoring different settings until I was able to use the device correctly. He's a lovely person and very knowledgeable.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care from Aubrey. When I asked his availability for an appointment to attend the clinic, he completely ghosted me. I felt ignored, unsupported, and not taken seriously. I expected better communication from a healthcare provider.
Aubrey is outstanding , very knowledgeable and customer focused. An excellent sleep scientist who will help you improve your sleep and your health. I certainly recommend Elsternwick sleep and snore clinic!
