I would sincerely recommend the Elsternwick Sleep and Snore Clinic, if you have any concerns with your sleep. I found the whole testing experience quite easy, as I did it home and the monitoring devices didn't interfere with my regular sleep. Aubrey conducted my sleep study and explained the results in a way that was clear and easy to understand with logical next steps.
