I am terrified of the dentist and i dread going but my whole experience here even prior to my appointment was a 10/10! The customer service from Angie was amazing!! Someone give that woman a pay rise!! She went above and beyond trying to get me in sooner than my appointment and it was all done with a smile and a laugh along the way. Best customer service!! Would highly recommend Dr Riyen, she is the most gentle and considerate dentist I have ever had. She takes the time to explain what she is doing, and would tell me in advance is something might feel uncomfortable. The receptionists were also very lovely and welcoming.
I saw Dr Riyen Tan, so impressed. Best clean I think my teeth have ever had and she clearly explained everything that she was doing during the procedure. Great dentist
Riyen was the most gentle dentist I have ever seen and the staff are very welcoming.
Dr Riyen is helpful in taking through the treatment and helping me feel at ease. Angie is always friendly and professional, I would recommend Elsternwick dental group to anyone.
