I would not recommend hiring Elstein as your lawyer, the whole process was horrible dealing with Elstein and his assistant Damaris. Before he was hired he explained to me that he’s very upfront and honest about your situation but he is very rude and it’s like he doesn’t know how to talk to people. I wanted to switch lawyers but was to far in the case with him that I just let it play out.
