Eric is a champion. His customer service, honesty knowledge is priceless. He's knows his stuff and is there to help. He's not a push over, just a good fair bloke to deal with. I was there for 30min and everyone that came in loved dealing with Eric and the team. Wish more people were like him and Elstar.
