Mr. Elstan Perez answered the phone himself and came out the next day for an estimate -- and let me know upfront that because I had a small job (exterior door and foundation) that his price might be a bit high. No worries, I wanted the job done right. And because it was a small job, he made an effort to fit me in right away, which was great!
