I walked in a few months ago with a piece of my glasses which was missing. The owner (Mark?) took it and asked me to come back in 30mins. When I returned, I asked him how much I owed him and he said no payment was needed as it was an easy fix. I was so moved by his generosity and kindness. Its businesses like this that truly care about their customers. When I am due for new glasses, I will be coming here!!
I can always rely on Mark and the wonderful staff at Elsley Optical for our family eye glass needs. So grateful for them all.
