Elsie really is one of the most informative and helpful notary that I had ever come across. I had a last-minute situation with my spouse, he could not pay some medical bills and we were told that we needed a notarized letter late afternoon detailing his financial struggles that he had faced which caused him to not be able to pay for emergency care that he had received couple months prior.
