I've been going here for about 15 years. Have had to change PCP's 4 times because of retirements. Every single doctor has been no short of exclelent. They actually spend time with you and answer your questions, unlike some offices I've been to. Dr Yoo is excellent, she's my doctor and my wife's doctor. The whole staff is very nice and helpful
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. One of the nurses slammed the door in my face wouldn’t help my mom that had arthritis in her back and kept repeating to her, go to the ER like a robot that is in replay, They’re the biggest reason why she has arthritis and didn’t give her proper injections. I've been seeing Dr. Yoo for over a year since we moved into the area. She is just what I was looking for: smart, learned, and professional. Also, she's right to the point (if you need a doctor to carefully word and soften advice on your issues for you, she's not for you!). She tells it like it is, which is great. She was fine and listened up until I told her that I saw a dietitian in search of trying o get answers for some GI stuff. She immediately became judgmental. Her entire demeanor changed. It was really disappointing. Oddly enough, it became clear in the same conversation that the dietitian had been on to something, and then “all of the sudden” she starting making statements like “oh your dietitian could probably help you with this.” So it seems that she is open minded until you do something she doesn’t believe in but is quick ... read more
