I phoned and made a same-day appointment and asked about the timeliness of the clinic as it was during my lunch break. I was told that sometimes the doctor runs over time, however she’s generally on time. I arrived for my 11:30am appointment and, when I asked about wait times, I was told it would be around thirsty minutes. Unfortunately, I waited for over an hour to be seen, which is not a great experience.
