My classmates from college recommended that I go to Dr. MARTHA KARUGA. I tried calling the clinic, but it was very difficult to get someone to answer the phone, so I booked the appointment through the HotDoc app. My appointment was at 3:30 pm. I arrived at 3:15 pm, but I was not seen until 4:15 pm. I phoned and made a same-day appointment and asked about the timeliness of the clinic as it was during my lunch break. I was told that sometimes the doctor runs over time, however she’s generally on time. I arrived for my 11:30am appointment and, when I asked about wait times, I was told it would be around thirsty minutes. Unfortunately, I waited for over an hour to be seen, which is not a great experience.
