Excellent service, family owned and operated and great guys to deal with. While the dealer wanted over a thousand for some simple repairs, Elsen's did it for a fraction of that. This is now my go-to service center for both my X5 and M235i. 2026 Update. While they changed names last year it's still the same quality and people behind the scenes. A+ all the way!
Comprehensive BMW service at fair prices
It is rare to find business w/this level of honesty & integrity. The prices are very reasonable. The employees are professional & kind. I had a “nagging” issue that they ensured was resolved in time for me to go on a trip. I can’t say enough positive things about them. My “go to” for BMW service!

Excellent shop! Quickly diagnosed the problem with my Z4 convertible roof (GM5 Module) and provided recommendations and instruction for repair. The team was easy to work with and answered all my questions. A+++ business. Thanks to John and Andrew my roof works again.
