This place is the worst place to have a doctor after Kristin Arsenault left. They don't have any other doctors to replace her. They try dumping you over to Swift River Family Medicine and their doctors are awful as well.

I was totally grateful for CMMC in Lewiston. I had a stroke without knowing what was going on. Rushed to ER and did not have a long wait. Before I knew it I couldn’t breath and thought I might die. CMMC professional saved my life as I woke in ICU. The care and the treatment they gave me was outstanding. One year and a half after stroke and pulmonary edem plus kidney problems I am on my feet and working to recover. There physical therapy facility got me from wheel chair to cane to walking on my own. They make you believe you will have an appointment for surgery, not clearly communicate what it will be for by the surgeon Dr.Zimmerman or the scheduling staff. I call today to get instructions for tomorrow and I had 3 very unpleasant phone calls with the staff where they were very rude and would just adamantly disagree with anything you’re saying. My husband had severe hip pain. By phone, his doctor said he would be sent to sports medicine in Lewiston or Bridgton for an emergency appointment, most likely for hip bursitis needing a shot of cortisone. No phone call returned for a week! Then he was told he could have an appt. in 3 weeks. Or get on the cancelation list. If I could give them none I would. My 16 yr old son was injured while on vacation. Their arrogance and lack or knowledge almost cost my son his leg. They held him hostage for 9 days refusing to let him be transferred to another hospital providing virtually nothing for pain and infection, instead saying he was being difficult.
