I called Elsa Plumbing because I had a alarm go off and was worried it was a major issue, they made sure to come out as soon as possible. Justin and Victor was able to repair the problem very quickly. They are very honest and explain the issues in a way you understand, they respond quickly, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Elsea Plumbing has done work for us several times on our former house and our new home which is a fixer upper with numerous plumbing issues. They have always responded quickly and professionally and use quality materials and workmanship. I recommend them highly. Don’t use a handyman for plumbing. Use a company that knows what they are doing. I rarely give reviews and only when it is because of exceptional results.
We had a main waterline break in our community and they were able to temporarily fix it so we could have water until the parts came in. The day of the total repair they said water would be off, but did not know for how long. Mainline fixed and water only off approximately four hours. I greatly appreciate your hard work, fast service, and being there for us in our time of need. Great company and job well done. Thx Marla #1528
Elsea Plumbing was amazing to work with! They responded quickly when we had a pilot light issue. They got the light relit, but it ultimately failed. When it failed, they got us on their schedule, showed up on time, and finished faster than expected. The technician's orientation to the new water heater was clear and helpful. Super professional company, great communication, and no stress. Exactly what you want from a service provider!
