They were very accommodating to install my new sink and faucet on a holiday weekend. I also appreciated how they informed me of the need to wait a day after new countertops were installed and how Justin showed me options and features of my new faucet that I was unaware of.
Victor did a great job! My neighbor's plumbing backed up into their home because they didn't have a back water flow preventor. Elsea checked my house and I didn't have one either. Victor arrived on time, installed the part under the house and put everything neatly back in place. That's one less thing for me to worry about.
What an awesome team! Justin and Vic were very respectful and informative. They answered all questions that I asked. They spent most of the day on an unexpected situation that was puzzling. They rose to the occasion and came up with the needed solution. I HIGHLY recommend Elsea Plumbing!!!
I have been using Elsea Plumbing over the last 5 years. I have been having constant water leaks in my home from when we moved in, in 2021. Everytime I called Elsea Plumbing, they have been very responsive when I called and they show up when they say they will and work diligently to fix the problem.
