We stopped in looking to buy and was immediately ran off by the sales women. She was on us as soon as we got out of the car and said if we dont own any property theirs no need to look lol. We left Elsea and went to down to Clayton Homes in Chillicothe and was treated great. If you are looking for a new home I wouldn't recommend Elsea save yourself the time and just go to Clayton homes or pretty much anywhere other place other then Elsa Homes.

I purchased a mobile home from this company and it was not delivered on time. The construction was done poorly and at the time of my walkthrough with their construction manager Rodney I pointed out drywall repairs that were needed electrical outlets not being done properly and the covers broken, it was clear that they had rushed the job and not taking the time to install things as they show at their dealership. I don’t typically leave reviews but since nothing was done or no actions taken I decided to save someone else the trouble of buying through elsea home center. This is my first time ever buying a home. I was never informed the ac unit was not working. When I bought the trailer the ac condenser was outside after finalizing the paper work and finally moving in I went to turn on the ac because it was 80 degrees to find it not working only to find out the ac condenser was not here anymore.
