Horrible place! DO NOT COME HERE LOOKING FOR A HOME! They say they sink money into fixing trailers but all they do is just slap a pretty face on it in hope that it hides all the problems that are wrong with the trailer until the 30 days are up. If you have a problem within Said 30 days that they are supposed to fix well suck it up because they'll avoid you and all calls like the plague. Most disgusting business and trailers ive ever seen. THEY SELL HOMES INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES AND BED BUGS. DO. NOT. COME. HERE!!
This is what my brand new, never lived in home looked like. They don’t ever respond. I had to hire my own contractor to fix this mess (which Rodney agreed to pay for) he did what he could without meeting with Rodney for exact match of supplies for repairs. Once he finished the job an almost an entire month went by without Rodney paying him. My contractor was upset and wouldn’t come back to finish the rest of the repairs. We stopped in looking to buy and was immediately ran off by the sales women. She was on us as soon as we got out of the car and said if we dont own any property theirs no need to look lol. We left Elsea and went to down to Clayton Homes in Chillicothe and was treated great. If you are looking for a new home I wouldn't recommend Elsea save yourself the time and just go to Clayton homes or pretty much anywhere other place other then Elsa Homes.
