Clearly doesn't care. proceeded to tell us that 2 year old tyre's on the shelf were okay, but then realized that they didn't supply the 2 year old tyre's as they didn't rotate them (as they should have) resulting in us going through 4 tyres in 1 year. Taking no responsibility, avoiding any solution to keep a regular customer happy. Very disappointed. 1 star 🌟 would not recommend at all.

Quick, eddicient and helpful staff.
The two mechanics and the lady at the reception we encountered at Elsdon Motors were amazing. We had a problem while fitting new tires in another place and when we arrived at Elsdon to explain the situation we were worried and unable to do anything. They instantly agreed to look under our car and within minutes the problem was solved. We are travelers and we were lucky enough to experience the Kiwi hospitality. Thanks again guys, we really appreciated your help.
