The doctor was running 45 minutes late. When I finally saw him it was an hour and forty five minutes after my appointment time. I spent three hours in there which is unacceptable. This is the second time I’ve had over an hour wait. There is definitely a problem with their scheduling and needs much improvement. The doctors and staff are pleasant and accommodating, but the wait time is terrible. People don’t have time to sit waiting for three hours, they have agendas and appointments too.
