Poor, poor coloring job. Forgot to put scheduled appointment in her book and then canceling you out like it’s your fault, very moody, can be rude, Hard to reach, poor in returning phone calls...
Elsa is a #1 hair colorist and stylist. She’s personable and professional. Her clients stay with her for years. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.
