For years, my chicken tender standards were set by Wings Over in East Lansing: hand-battered, freshly dropped tenderloins prepared to order. For years, I've been searching for a decent local spot to fill that hole since Wings Over closed. Elsa's does just that. Also -- homemade ranch? Say less. i got chicken and waffles a rootbeer and a strawberry sunday, with barbacue sauce on the side, because i wasnt sure if i would like the mixture of chicken and waffles, and i ended up loving the combination of the chicken and the waffle with the maple syrup i didnt even use the barbaque sauce, my friend got the same thing as me, sunday was phenominal, and it was all 18$ best food i had in a while with great pricing!
Got the classic chicken and waffles with hot honey and syrup, and a root beer float. Perfect. No notes.
