This place is by far the most horrible Dr's office I've ever been. I regret changing providers. 1st appt was for a physical that I hadnt had in 2yrs. I was out and done within 7mins. All Dr. Valero did was check my chest. I asked for bloodwork panel to be done she stated I needed to come back for that. No bedside manner at all. The whole time I was explaining different issues I was having she had her back turned as if she didn't care. Service in the front desk is terrible. If you call, they take forever to answer and as soon as they do you're always put on hold for a long time. New management needs to take place in the front desk. Plus, the workers need to be more friendly to the patients upon arrival and be more informative about wait times. There is no assurance on privacy, you're asked all your personal information in front of everyone where it can be heard, and ask the reason why you're there for your visit. Elsa Valero Was My Daughters Doctor And I Have Not Had The Best Experience With Her Or At This Clinic. I Usually Show Up To My Daughters Appointments 15-20 Mins Earlier So That We Can Get Taken At Our Scheduled Appointment Time. On Multiple Occasions I Have Waited 45 Mins In The Waiting Area After The Time That My Daughters Appointment Was Scheduled For, I Get Sometimes Things Get Busy But This Shouldn’t Be Happening Each Time We Come To This Clinic. For starters , she’s takes about a hour to be seen. When she is there the process seems rushed but she seems to care about your concerns and problems . She also gave me wrong information on a lab that I got done and it honestly made me furious . Some medical abbreviations that I mentioned to her she didn’t also understand. I’m not sure why I know them and she doesn’t , while this is her specialty.
Dr. Valero listens to all your issues. Never a long wait . Office is immaculate. Dr. Valero and entire staff are very professional. Would recommend family and friends. Dr. Valero always gets my illness spot on. Thank you Dr. Valero and staff
