Elsa Valero Was My Daughters Doctor And I Have Not Had The Best Experience With Her Or At This Clinic. I Usually Show Up To My Daughters Appointments 15-20 Mins Earlier So That We Can Get Taken At Our Scheduled Appointment Time. On Multiple Occasions I Have Waited 45 Mins In The Waiting Area After The Time That My Daughters Appointment Was Scheduled For, I Get Sometimes Things Get Busy But This Shouldn’t Be Happening Each Time We Come To This Clinic. For starters , she’s takes about a hour to be seen. When she is there the process seems rushed but she seems to care about your concerns and problems . She also gave me wrong information on a lab that I got done and it honestly made me furious . Some medical abbreviations that I mentioned to her she didn’t also understand. I’m not sure why I know them and she doesn’t , while this is her specialty.
Dr. Valero listens to all your issues. Never a long wait . Office is immaculate. Dr. Valero and entire staff are very professional. Would recommend family and friends. Dr. Valero always gets my illness spot on. Thank you Dr. Valero and staff
I am not a patient! and plan on NOT ever being a patient at this clinic!!! service is so bad. The front desk people do not have a clue what they are doing or how insurances work thru medicare. They take such a long time to answer the phones and for what ever reason , they will put you on hold for long periods of time , then decide to disconnect the line. such bad service. I will never recommend anyone to that clinic. I gave her 1 star because I need to post this comment.
