The quality of service has become unacceptable. The work was done poorly and looked unprofessional. The skilled staff who used to deliver good results are gone, and the remaining employees clearly lack the ability to provide proper service. I paid full price but received substandard quality that was absolutely not worth the money. I am extremely disappointed and will definitely not return
Elsa’s salon is a good place to be! Their work is professional and focussed on doing a good job, rather than pushing people through and making money. If you want a professional nail job in pleasant surroundings, then pay a visit to Elsa’s.
The Owner was very nice and polite towards me as soon as I entered. She quickly organised a nail artist for me and the wait was super quick. The worker was very attentive to my nails and completed my nails at a fast pace and good nail design that lasted me 4 weeks.
Do not come here unless you want to spend the entire day here! Nail techs have no idea what they’re doing

The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the salon is beautiful, stylish, and very hygienic, with a relaxing vibe that makes you feel pampered right away.
