I’ve been a regular customer with Elsa for almost 4 years now and I can say her and the staff is always professional and friendly they always try to give you advise based on her expertise and they’re always warm and welcoming.
I've been having my hair braided by Elsa for the past year now. She's always friendly and works with my budget so I can have protective styles that work for me. I'm moving to Victoria soon, but I still plan to come back to Vancouver to visit to have Elsa do my hair.
I have been seeing Elsa for the last 10 years. I had unhealthy Dreds and again today...Elsa completed locking my locks which are almost mid back in length. I love braiding my hair which Elsa would complete with only the best hair...and now I get compliments....but it's MY hair. MY OWN HAIR!!! If I could rent out space in my condo for her to do my hair, I WOULD! Too, she is the kindest caring stylist EXTROADINARE....THANK YOU again Elsa!!!! YOU ROCK!!!! ❤️
