I took my 2008 Chevy Silverado to els because it was running like a dog check engine light coming on every time I got gas they fixed problem at a very reasonable price couldn’t, be more satisfied with the job they did highly satisfied

If I could give service a Negative star I would. I have been going to El’s for over 10 years, and the past couple of months I have had to stop in there twice for the same tire I had them patch twice. Both times I was in there service sucked and I waited over 3 hours to get my car back. I then had to take it to another shop bc the tire went flat on the rim and stranded me while I was out some where, Only to find out that they did not remove the sticker where the tire seals to the rim, which explains why he kept loosing air ov... read more

We went to visit some friends in the area and our tire blew out. So we were looking for tires. We called ahead to see if they had 4 tires for our truck. They said yes so we went to go get them changed. After being told again they had the tires and they could install them. We said ok and waited to get them done. We were not told we'd have to wait 3 hours to get them done. If we had been told that there's a wait we wouldn't have waited. We had our 2 year old son, he's not going to sit that long. One of his repair technicians refused to follow company policy on how to fix flat tires.As explained to me, 'company policy requires internal patching and not driving plugs through the tire's steel belts from the outside. No tires should be plugged. The wheel would then be re-balanced'.The repair technician did not follow company policy and plugged the tire. I complained to the owner and he agreed the repair was not done according to his instructions to employees. The owner made the repair tech redo the tire repair correctly... read more

Expensive, rude! $25. for a patch job and they didn't even put my spare tire back! They just left it in the trunk. Would never go back and was so surprised because I got air there once for free and was really expecting more. Very dissapointed.

New tires in 19 minutes! Their website is very helpful in determining which tires I need for my car. I just put in my model and year, then a list pops up for tires that will fit my car. I could choose the Goodyear tires I wanted, then click to request a quote. After researching, I found the quote to be very good deal.
