Miguel and his team did a great job building my pergola, and I felt the price was very fair. He answered my phone calls promptly and showed up at the times agreed upon. It's very rare anymore to find someone like Miguel, and I whole-heartily recommend him.
Miguel and his crew did a wonderful job of remodeling my bathroom about 8 months ago. Last week there was a small problem with the light fixture and when I called Miguel he had someone come the very next day to replace it. There was no charge for the work because it was still under warranty. I have always been pleased with the work that Miguel has done for us over many years!
Miguel and his crew did a great job of adding a bathroom in our basement and new wood fencing for our yard. They do great work and they are always friendly and respectful. This is the 4th project I have had them do for me in the last couple years. I will call them again to get the top notch craftsmanship they deliver.
This review is long overdue. We “discovered” Miguel Alarcon and his crew (El’s Remodeling LLC) 3 or 4 years ago. He got his first 2 stars just because he actually responded to our inquiry and did so quickly. (It astounds us that so many business people don’t see the need for either.) We scheduled a time for him to come to the house, and again he was there when he said he would be. My review is to rate the professionalism of El’s Remodeling’s customer contact. I have not made a contract with this company, but, I am very impressed with my first contact. Miguel answered my inquiry promptly and our discussion was detailed and down to business. He treated me with respect and I was impressed with the professionalism of his business. One of my neighbor’s used El’s Remodeling for a massive deck job and is very well pleased. It looks terrific.
