El's have issues with time management and attention to detail in my experience with them. My truck sat at their shop for two weeks and two days after it was supposed to be picked up with the gearbox removed. They had it for a whole month prior to the pick up date to repair a mistake they made when replacing the rear main engine oil seal on a job completed earlier in the year.
