We’ve had our caravan from Elross for a couple of months now and absolutely love it. The quality and layout have been fantastic, and it’s already been on a few great trips with us. We did have a couple of minor issues with the diesel heater early on, but the team at Elross was quick to respond and resolved everything without any hassle, which gave us a lot of confidence in their after-sales support. Elross EXC 19. We have owned a number of vans over the years and knew what we wanted in a new build. Elross was one of the very few manufacturers who actually listened to what we wanted and were willing to accommodate us wherever possible.
