I went to Elrose after moving to Shelley recently and I have never had a more involved experience. Esther Puckett took the time to evaluate my hair and discuss overall goals for the color. Other hairstylists have hesitated when I said I wanted intense red tones but Esther made sure I got what I wanted. I think I found my forever hair salon.
I have a hard time getting the right person To cut my hair because it’s curly and I love the volume. Most stylists chop tons of my hair off and don’t give me enough volume. Esther’s been the best at keeping the length, getting my curls going, treating my hair, the whole mile! She actually listens to you and is honest from the start! She wants to learn about what you’re wanting and is always more than willing to make a difference so that you LOVE your hair!
I saw Esther for the first time for a much needed trim and highlights and she completely impressed me with her knowledge of colors and skills. My highlights are perfectly done and perfectly toned, and the scalp massage when she washed my hair was crazy awesome! My hair isn’t dried out, it’s smooth and softer than it was before take is professional and not rushed and gentle and easy to communicate with about what I wanted. She knows her stuff!!
I came across the great reviews for Elrose Hair Co. while searching for a beautician that could find a way to even out the color of my naturally grey/silver hair. Esther cut my hair today at the last minute and I couldn’t be happier! She was great, made me super comfortable, took the time to style it and listened to my needs. I will definitely go back!
