The staff does a great job
I went here to get my first Pap smear. No results in my patient portal for over two weeks and no phone call. So I called today to see what was going on. They said my sample “went bad from the heat.” Couldn’t bother to call me and let me know. I’ve also never even heard of that happening before. The samples here aren’t sent to the lab quickly enough or not kept in controlled environments apparently.
Friendly staff made me comfortable drawing blood. Very Professional and personable, thank you.
Took a day off work for them to try and send me to someone else. You called me 4 times before the appointment and could have told me then.
