Makes functional movement interesting and embodied. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to figure out functional and efficient movement. Training the body to move at its best and exposing physical habits that will hinder your future self from moving well.

Heather is an amazing trainer and teacher. So much wisdom in every move shared!
I have never actually stepped into the Studio! joining Zoom classes on-line at the start of the pandemic. Fell in love with being able to exercise at home but feel connected to the instructor Heather and also the other participants. Next best thing to actually being there. My mobility and endurance have really improved and being able to exercise regularly has certainly helped with stress and overall mental health during this crisis.
