Require you to apparently clean the apartment back to original specifications before you leave yet refrain from telling you this before you stay there. ("Oh its in the terms and conditions") Lied about the card pre charge, said it would stay pending but immediately charged a $200 fee out of our account for insurance (now we can see the scam). Tell you you must do your dishes yet the only sink is a shallow bathroom sink. Provide a garbage bin but apparently you have to "take your own rubbish out" ?? Charge you for the cleaner... read more
The owner treats her workers and customers like crap. If you ever consider staying here please don't, take ur money elsewhere to were you will be treated nicely. PS they've got bed bugs there.... Lol gross 🤮🤢
Terrible experience. We booked this place for a one night as it stated online check in was up until midnight (see attached photo as proof). When we arrived in the evening at 7pm (hardly late!) everything was closed. We attempted to get hold of the "after hours manager" - no answer despite calling 4 times! (They are supposed to be available for guests 24/7). Half an hour later they bothered to call us back, rudely stating they had a "print out" of the correct check in times on expedia (?).
