Paid them $138 to balance my tires, waited almost two hours, my vehicle still shook horribly. I couldn't get back there for a week because of my schedule, but when I did they had the audacity to charge AGAIN so they could actually fix it right, and I had to wait another hour and a half. Proved two things: 1- it could be fixed if you pay attention to your job and, 2- they obviously didn't balance them the first time. I had a flat down the road from Elpex and triple A wouldn’t come for 2 hours. Elpex sent a truck out air in my tire so I could get there and they fixed it right away. The very best service I’ve ever had at any car/tire repair shop.
This place have a great sense of humor and does excellent work as well.
