My husband wanted to buy me a mothers/grandmothers ring and we worked with Alex. She was the most amazing person and she took an interest in our family and went miles over what we would have expected from any salesperson. The ring was supposed to be a birthday present but we ordered it late and Alex made sure it got to me for my birthday.
