I had the worst experience I’ve had with an ENT with this doctor, and I have seen quite a few ENTs. He laughed at me when I brought up my serious allergic reactions and the risk of anaphylaxis that comes with having a condition I have. He was sexist and spoke over me, speaking directly to my husband and attempting to crack jokes with him about my serious allergic reactions. I'm not sure what's going on down there but they don't answer the phones down there at the office. I've been trying for 3 weeks straight to get an appointment. It keeps going to their call center and I have to leave a message. I have a serious condition they are playing games. I'm beyond frustrated and this I am professionalism.

He burned my nose during the procedure, leaving me with a permanent scar and the same breathing problems I had before the surgery. This has caused significant physical and emotional distress. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, as the outcome of the procedure has left me scarred for life."
I noticed how hard it is to reach the doctor. Can you please list a different number or at least set up a VM where people can leave a message. I need to schedule an appointment. No one ever answer the phone!!
