I've had three appointments at this dental clinic and while the teeth cleaning services were quite good, their business model not so much. First, they charged me for a filling that I didn't have done. I called them several times to take that from my profile and they only did it after I called my insurance company and reported it as fraud. I then didn't go my next appointment due to a death in the family and I was out of the country during that week. I called them back to reschedule and nothing was said about a no-show fee. Two crowns I had from her, it took 4 and 6 months to switch from temp to perm crown on each tooth and end up getting implant done elsewhere. They solicit you to participate in a review by email for every single office visit to boost up the rating. She has two offices and lots of appointments and she neglects.
