My favorite grocery store but this location is often in disarray and poorly managed
My upperbody was killing me over the last six months. I have never thought stretching with a professional could make a big difference but it did. I booked a session from Aleyna. And it made me to feel better. A week later, I had an another one from Alex. Overall, my neck is getting better. Thanks for stretching Elongate Studio. I highly recommend them.
