Very unprofessional front office staff. No apathy to help elders and kept waiting without being asked any questions. Once I was able to FINALLY get through and get someone on the phone person talked over me and was again unsympathic to how my mother was treated. Do NOT recommend this office, the staff, nor the dentist. They cancel appointments at the last minute and do not follow up. Totally disappointed.

I've been coming to this place since I was 14. Now I'm 49 years old and I'm Terrified to come back unless Dr. BROWN SEES ME. HE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Dr. Brown has been out and I saw a covering Doctor. She was HORRIBLE. I went to the office manager with my concerns and copies of my xrays, now she's upset with me for reporting the dentist that worked on me. ALTHEA IT WAS VERY IMMATURE HOW U TREATED ME TODAY, U LITERALLY WAVED ME OFF IN FRONT OF PATIENTS IN THE LOBBY. FORGET U TOO. Unprofessional dot com

If I had a lower rating than a 1 I would choose this. North Brunswick is a rip off dental office. First and foremost, you call in and always get an answering service. You leave several messages, and they never call you back. When you check on pricing for certain procedures, they tell you a much higher price than what you are to pay out of pocket. I would never go back as they take advantage of people thinking they can get away with charging higher prices.

Dental Heath Associates in North Brunswick has a low rating for a reason. I came to this dental office to have a flipper made for my front tooth. I have DMO insurance, and I was giving an estimate which was much larger than what the insurance allows. I said that I contacted my insurance company, and they said what the cost should be and what my responsibility was. This is for dental health Associate in North Brunswick. They never picked up the phones over there. I had to go there physically to make appointments. My daughter was supposedly to her cavities fixed on Monday, they told her she had to pay $874 on that day by the receptionist. They did not call the insurance ahead of time to find out how much it was supposed to be covered. I brought my parents here for their annual check up. It was quiet at first staff started trickling in lots of staff working the front desk area and back where the dentists are. The staff are young untrained and unprofessional some look like they just rolled out of bed. Dentists were clueless and they did half job with the cleaning, xrays were done wrong and got lost had to redo. Dont come here unless you want to be in a place where the staff is unprofessional and dentists are useless. Waste of time.....

My children went to Dr. Doshi today as a follow-up from their dental exam. She went above and beyond by fixing another tooth for my daughter that was not originally in the treatment plan. She is always caring, knowledgeable, informative, and seems to take great pride in her dental work. Thank You Dr. Doshi

Both of my Children who are now young adults, have been going here for over 10 years. The entire staff is always pleasant and understanding to my children's special needs. I highly recommend this Dental Facility for anyone who is looking for a Dentist office that's caring, professional, and experienced in helping you with any dental issue.
