I recently hired Eloise's to do my move out clean. Not only was the process easy and straightforward, but the pricing was far less than I expected. In fact it was half the amount I was thinking it would be. They did an amazing job and I received my full security deposit back. I would highly recommend their services.
They just did my initial deep cleaning and everything was sparkling - including some things that had been dingy for a couple of decades. I was very happy with them and will be using them regularly from here on in. I am adding to this review in July of 2025. I am still having Eloise's clean for me and I am still delighted with their work. My cleaners are a team led by Ana. ⁸

Airbnb owners/hosts beware!! Initially, I was very impressed with this company’s onboarding process and back office/dashboard services. They were co hosts on my airbnb account and the scheduling process was seamless. Unfortunately, that was the high point of our professional relationship. The final price of each cleaning was at least $40 more than they quoted me and they did the bare minimum cleaning. Vacuuming under beds turned out to be an additional charge, even with a pet fee.
