I've been a loyal customer for years and have always had wonderful experiences with the long-time stylists here. However, my appointment today with a new stylist was disappointing. Even though the salon wasn't busy, the service felt very rushed. My hair was cut much shorter than I asked for, and the stylist was rough, repeatedly pushing my head back.
