I reached out to Iida for my skin issues, but got so much more! Iida really helped me a lot to understand myself by educating me about the body - mind connection, female hormones and health in general. I have seen Iida a couple of times concerning my chronic health problems and for temporary support (RA, anxiety, stress & sleep issues). When I first saw Iida, I was new to naturopathy and I found her approach to her clients to be very genuine and caring.
