Very bad behaviour!!!!! I had come to take the test drive scorpio N they refused saying that if you take a test drive once you will not get it again and the forcefully telling me that paid deposit you will get test drive They clearly refused me. Then I told them that the first time when I had taken the test drive then I had drive mode wrongly. That is why I was not able to identify power. I could not imagine how service manager Matthew can be soo rude and racist. I was told to pay $350 in the morning when I dropped my car and while picking they asked me for $357. I know $7 is not big amount but when he came and I made gesture to shake hand by saying my name but he did not and replied and did not shakes hand and replied because I’m white and your black.
