I could not imagine how service manager Matthew can be soo rude and racist. I was told to pay $350 in the morning when I dropped my car and while picking they asked me for $357. I know $7 is not big amount but when he came and I made gesture to shake hand by saying my name but he did not and replied and did not shakes hand and replied because I’m white and your black. Worst service experience
the used cars are filthy no care taken to clean them
Great service , but felt like the place is severely understaffed and under resourced, Mahindra as a brand is not promoted as it should be for its technology and reliability , Great customer service from Mark , a one man army handling million things . Bought my XUV700 on my daughters birthday, Mark made the delivery possible after few hiccups. Enjoying the XUV700 on Australian roads.. it beats any other car in the segment for under $40k . Highly recommended. Recently i got my XUV 700 delivered. Firstly, i want to thank the whole team and special thanks to MARK. Excellent customer service and have updated me throughout the process. I was getting my car for a special occasion and i got it 1 week in advance than promised date. I am very much pleased by dealing with them. 5 Star
